Audit, plan, design, ship.

  1. 01

    Workflow Audit Report

    A hand-authored Phase 1 report: ranked-pain table, root-cause analysis, recommended first build, data-readiness check.

  2. 02

    AI Opportunity Matrix + Roadmap

Phase 2: pain points scored against feasibility, ROI, build/buy/integrate; phased into a 30/60/90 plan your decision-maker signs.

  3. 03

    Architecture Blueprint + Business Case

Phase 3: the system diagram, data flow, and tech stack your CTO walks into a vendor meeting with, paired with the CFO-readable case.

  4. 04

    Shipped workflow

Phase 4: one workflow built, integrated, and live in production, plus an Implementation Playbook your team owns and a Measurement Framework you run against.

When the build is what's left.

Audit done

You've already had a Review or Operating Plan and you know the workflow you want to build first.

Phase 1-3 ranked the pains, ranked the opportunity, and named the build. You don't want another roadmap. You want the workflow live in 12 weeks with someone whose work you've already seen.

Internal alternative

You could build it in-house, but the calendar says otherwise.

You have engineers, but they're shipping the core product. Pulling them onto an AI integration costs three months of roadmap. The First Workflow Live engagement is the lower-friction path: we ship the workflow, your team owns it.

Failed pilot

An earlier AI initiative stalled. You need someone who'll commit to a finish line.

A previous pilot got mid-funnel and died. You want the next attempt to have a defined outcome and a contractual commitment to that outcome, not another deck.

What you walk away with.

  • 01

One workflow live in production within 12 weeks of Phase 4 kickoff

  • 02

An Implementation Playbook your team uses to operate and extend the workflow

  • 03

Baseline metrics + dashboard specs so you can measure whether it's working

Phase 1-3 give you the defensible plan. Phase 4 gives you the workflow shipped against it. Your team owns both.

If your workflow isn't live in production in 12 weeks, we cut your final invoice in half and keep working free until it is.

The week-12 clock starts on Phase 4 kickoff (recorded in Schedule A of the engagement letter). If the workflow is not live by the end of week 12 (measured against the production definition pinned at signing), your final 20% invoice is reduced by 50% and Made to Fit AI continues working at no additional cost until the workflow is live.

The fine print, kept fair: scope locked at signing, your named subject-matter expert with us at least four hours a week, data access by Day 14 of Phase 4, integration approvals by Day 21, written invocation within 14 days of the week-12 deadline. We commit to the result, the workflow live in production, not to the procedure. A reduction in force greater than 10% of the named delivery team, a system migration, or a vendor outage past 5 business days suspend the guarantee. Stability metrics live in the Measurement Framework, separately from the guarantee. The full Workflow Live Guarantee clause lives in the engagement letter.

The first questions we hear.

Ship one workflow you've been waiting on.

Most engagements start with the AI Ops Review or Operating Plan. If you already have a Phase 1-3 audit and know the build, get in touch.
