Made to Fit AI

A structured read on where AI fits.
And where it doesn't.

Timeline

Capacity
1 sprint

Book the day 1 call without paying. We invoice the $4,950 once the report is finished. The 5-day sprint kicks off once your intake is in.

Angus runs both calls himself.

  1. 01

    Guided workflow mapping

Map your workflows in our builder. Takes about 15 min, and the audit starts from your actual steps and handoffs.

  2. 02

    30-min review call

Live with Angus on day 1. We screen-share to walk through three real workflow runs together. We drive, no homework on your end.

  3. 03

    Day-2 First Hypothesis Brief

By end of day 2 you get a short written brief: the likely highest-cost bottleneck, the provisional first build, the riskiest assumption. If it's wrong, you have three days to redirect us before the final report.

  4. 04

    Workflow Audit Report

A written report tailored to your workflows: ranked pain points with root-cause analysis, where AI fits, where it doesn't, what to prioritise, and what's a trap. Final WAR delivered day 5.

  5. 05

    Walkthrough call

60-min review of the Workflow Audit Report with your team. We defend the trade-offs and tell you whether a follow-on engagement is worth your money.

Which one are you?

No AI yet

You haven't started, and you want a serious read on where to begin.

You've watched competitors ship AI features. You don't want a vendor pitch or a generic playbook. You want someone to look at your actual workflows and tell you what's worth automating and what isn't.

Scattered experiments

Different teams use different tools. Nobody owns the strategy.

Marketing has ChatGPT, ops has Zapier with an LLM bolted on, support trialled three copilots. None of it talks to each other. You need an honest map of what's working and what to consolidate.

Failed project

You tried, it didn't land, and you need a post-mortem before you try again.

An AI initiative stalled. Maybe the model was wrong for the job, maybe nobody owned the rollout. You need a clear-eyed read on what went wrong before sinking another budget into the next attempt.

By day 5 you know which workflow to build first.

  • 01

Which of your workflows AI fits, and which it doesn't

  • 02

A prioritised roadmap of what to build first and what can wait

  • 03

An honest recommendation on whether to engage us for the Operating Plan, First Workflow Live, or neither

About a third of the workflows we look at are better served by process redesign or a non-AI tool. When yours is one of them, the report says so and we don't pitch you the follow-on engagement.

If we can't name a first build you'd sign off on, we re-run the review at our cost.

At the close of the walkthrough call, you sign a one-line First Build Statement: the workflow you'd build first, and why. If you can't sign because no recommendation in the report is defensible, we re-run Phase 1 at our cost, with a 60-min working session and a revised report. If the second pass also misses, you get the fee paid back and keep the report.

The fine print, kept fair: you on both calls, written invocation within 7 days of the walkthrough. We capture the three sample runs ourselves on the day 1 call, no pre-work on your side. One invocation per engagement. Engagements ended early follow a different refund path.

What it costs and what happens if we get it wrong.

Five business days from intake to report.

Book the day 1 call without paying. We invoice the $4,950 once the report is finished, and release it when the invoice settles.
